Description
Elegoo Mars 4 DLP with up to 95% light uniformity, the ELEGOO MARS 4 DLP 3D printer uses Texas Instruments’ DLP technology to direct and concentrate a 405nm beam onto the resin tank’s bottom. With up to 95% more light transmission than conventional LCD displays, tempered glass can effectively reduce stray light interference and diffusion. The model surface becomes smoother and more delicate while the jagged edges are significantly reduced by the full-gray anti-aliasing technique.

  • Model not sticking to the platform

    - Bottom exposure time is insufficient, increase the exposure time to help the resin adhere properly
    - Contact area between the model and platform is small, it is highly suggested to add a raft to increase the surface area
    - Bad Bed levelling
  • Layer Separation or splitting

    - Machine is not stable during printing
    - FEP Film in the vat is not tight enough (May cause leaks
    - Print platform or vat is not tightened or it is misaligned
  • What do I do if I had a failed print?

    - Drain and filter out the resin from the VAT to remove any excess hardened resin, if this is not filtered out, it can puncture your FEP and may cause leaks
  • How long should I wash the prints?
    - It is recommended to wash the prints for at least 2-5 mins to get rid of any excess resin on the printed model
