Description
Massive print volume with the largest ever build volume of 420x420x500 mm /16.53×16.53×19.68 inches, ELEGOO Neptune 3 Max gives you generous printing space to let your creativity run wild, whether for printing larger models or printing in batches.

Product Features:

3dpsabulletThe dual-gear direct drive extruder with gears made of SUS303 stainless steel features adjustable extrusion force and a 3:1 reduction ratio, which ensures smoother filament feeding and stable & accurate printing, greatly reducing nozzle clogging and gear jumping problems. It is ideal for printing PLA, PETG, ABS, and flexible filaments such as TPU.

3dpsabulletThe non-contact high-precision sensor automatically scans 63 points of the hotbed to compensate for any unevenness and inconsistencies of the printing platform. You can also use the hand-twist knobs under the build platform for auxiliary leveling to achieve a nice first layer.

3dpsabulletThe Z-axis is designed with dual lead screws and dual-motor drive for more stable and precise movement of the print head, and the double tie rod structure enhances the stability of the Z-axis gantry.

3dpsabulletPEI magnetic platform with a special coating and spring steel sheet for strong adhesion and anti-warping, so you can easily remove or eject the print models by slightly bending the print steel sheet. The 420W high-power hotbed can quickly heat up to 100°C

3dpsabulletThe 4.3-inch removable magnetic capacitive touch screen can be operated by hand-held or fixed on the base, with a print model preview function to preview the model image during printing and observe the printing progress, supporting a multi-language freely switch. It also comes with a drawer toolbox on the machine base to store tools used by the printer such as Allen wrench and nozzle accessories.

Technical FAQs

Any 3rd Party Upgrades or Repairs done on the machine without the supervision or approval from our WhizKids - Technical Support Team will void the warranty of the printers. Please consult with us before proceeding with any upgrades or repairs.

  • Motor Shaking/ Motor making abnormal grinding sounds

    - The home endstops are not getting triggered - make sure that there is object in between the endstops - Motor Cable not connected Properly - re-plug the cables back in and try again
  • File not detected / Memory Card Failure

    - The printer can only read .GCODE files, please slice the models first - Wrong file system format (It should be FAT32) - Corrupted SD card
  • No Filament being Extruded / Extruder motor making a knocking sound

    - Nozzle temp has not set to match the filament's recommended settings (Please run a temperature tower) - Tangled Filament Spool - Not enough cooling for the hotend (Heat Creep) - Nozzle Clog

  • Filament Leaking

    - Nozzle is not sitting flush against the heat break (throat) - PTFE Tube not sitting flush against the nozzle

  • Prints not sticking to the bed

    - Printer not leveled (Poorly Leveled) - Printing too fast (Recommended 20-40mm/s initial layer speed) - Insufficient Bed temperature

  • Warping / Curling of the printed object

    - Insufficient Bed temperature - Not enough contact area between the model and the heated bed

  • Layer shifting

    - Belts not tightened properly - Printing too fast

  • Print stopped halfway

    - Min/Max error: Check thermistor cables - Corrupted GCODE - Bad SD card
