Description
Elegoo Neptune 4 Pre-installed Klipper Firmware a quiet Klipper motherboard and ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core high-performance processor, ELEGOO Neptune 4 can achieve printing speed of up to 500mm/s (recommended 250mm/s), allowing you to produce your models faster than ever before, support input shaping and pressure advance function to improve the print quality of models.

Product Features:

3dpsabulletThe new self-developed dual-gear direct drive extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio ensures powerful extrusion and smoother filament feeding. Paired with copper-titanium all-metal throat pipe and unique air duct design to effectively improve the heat dissipation of the throat pipe and reduce nozzle blockage risk.

3dpsabulleta 300°C high-temp nozzle and an extended hot end, which means the filament can be fully melted and uniformly flow out even at high printing speed, this printer can handle a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temperature filaments such as nylon.

3dpsabulletThe 121 (11×11) points auto bed leveling ensures quick and accurate leveling of the build platform. For perfect first-layer printing, you can also use the hand-twist knobs under the build platform for auxiliary leveling. In addition, the PEI magnetic platform allows for easy printed model removal with just a slight bend.

3dpsabulletThe 2 thickened double-sided 4015 model cooling fans with strong wind for more comprehensive and efficient heat dissipation, along with the 4×4020 ball bearing blower fans behind the print head to quickly cool down the newly deposited model, ensure good print quality even at very fast printing speed.

3dpsabulletThe 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen can be operated by hand-held or fixed on the base and features a model preview function and pause printing function for added convenience. The gantry’s LED light strip with 30 beads and a hood, combined with an LED light on the nozzle for observing the model printing in a dark environment.

Technical FAQs

Any 3rd Party Upgrades or Repairs done on the machine without the supervision or approval from our WhizKids - Technical Support Team will void the warranty of the printers. Please consult with us before proceeding with any upgrades or repairs.

  • Motor Shaking/ Motor making abnormal grinding sounds

    - The home endstops are not getting triggered - make sure that there is object in between the endstops - Motor Cable not connected Properly - re-plug the cables back in and try again
  • File not detected / Memory Card Failure

    - The printer can only read .GCODE files, please slice the models first - Wrong file system format (It should be FAT32) - Corrupted SD card
  • No Filament being Extruded / Extruder motor making a knocking sound

    - Nozzle temp has not set to match the filament's recommended settings (Please run a temperature tower) - Tangled Filament Spool - Not enough cooling for the hotend (Heat Creep) - Nozzle Clog

  • Filament Leaking

    - Nozzle is not sitting flush against the heat break (throat) - PTFE Tube not sitting flush against the nozzle

  • Prints not sticking to the bed

    - Printer not leveled (Poorly Leveled) - Printing too fast (Recommended 20-40mm/s initial layer speed) - Insufficient Bed temperature

  • Warping / Curling of the printed object

    - Insufficient Bed temperature - Not enough contact area between the model and the heated bed

  • Layer shifting

    - Belts not tightened properly - Printing too fast

  • Print stopped halfway

    - Min/Max error: Check thermistor cables - Corrupted GCODE - Bad SD card
