Refund Policy

Returns

3D Printer Supplier will accept returns of any item (accessory, kit or assembled 3D Printers) within 30 days of the date of delivery providing your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition when the product was received. After this 30 day period, your purchase is final and no returns will be accepted. Shipping charges on the initial purchase is non refundable. 3D Printer Supplier will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. The 20% restocking fee goes to the cost of us assembling/disassembling and re-testing the product and in addition the buyer must pay all return shipping charges.

 

3D Printing Supplier reserves the right to refuse a refund if you have simply changed your mind.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. If you haven’t received a refund within the 14 days please first check the account from which the initial payment was made. Then contact the company of which you made the payment with, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. A shipping return address will be provided  to you once it has been agreed that the product will be returned. You will be responsible for paying for all return shipping costs for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (including initial shipping to you). All returns must include trackable shipping and shipping insurance. Without a trackable service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore cannot guarantee you will receive a refund.
